At Crossroads Canines, we are dedicated to breeding healthy, happy AKC registered puppies that become wonderful family pets. Our breeding program focuses on producing Brussels Griffon puppies and Newfoundland puppies with excellent temperaments and adherence to breed standards. To begin the puppy adoption process, please complete our puppy application. Once we receive your application, we will gladly reach out to discuss our puppy placement policy.

We're excited to announce that Mocha and Sir Duke have welcomed a litter of absolutely adorable brown Newfoundland puppies.  

This is Mocha's first litter and Sir Duke's final litter—a truly special pairing. We are anticipating exceptional temperaments, combining Mocha's larger-than-life personality with Duke's famously calm and gentle nature.

All puppies receive the same training, utilizing Puppy Culture training and socialization protocols ~ age-appropriate training methods backed by science, ensuring a smooth puppy adoption process.

We want to ensure that every puppy finds the perfect home. That's why we have a thorough puppy adoption process that includes a detailed puppy application and reference checks. We are always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have along the way.

We are in no rush to place our puppies and value choosing each home carefully. Securing the best possible home for each puppy is one of our highest priorities. Our puppies are sent home between the ages of 10-12 weeks, depending on their personal growth and after their necessary health screenings are completed.

At Crossroads Newfoundlands, our goal is to create lifelong, successful matches between our puppies and their families. While we absolutely take your preferences into account—such as color and gender—these are just one piece of the puzzle in our comprehensive puppy adoption process.

From birth, each Newfoundland puppy is carefully observed and raised using Puppy Culture protocols, allowing us to evaluate developing traits such as:

- Confidence and resilience  

- Energy level and drive  

- Social tendencies  

- Sensitivity and adaptability  

As our puppies grow, their individual personalities become clearer. We then thoughtfully match each puppy, including our Brussels Griffon puppies, to their future home based on lifestyle, experience level, family dynamics, and goals for the dog.

This means:

- A highly driven, busy puppy may be placed with an active, training-focused home  

- A softer or more easygoing puppy may be matched with a quieter household or first-time owner  

Our priority is not just placing puppies—it’s placing the right puppy in the right home. Because of this, final puppy selections are guided by us rather than chosen solely by order of deposit. This approach helps ensure each puppy thrives and each family gets a dog that truly fits their life.

All puppies, including our Newfoundland puppies, are sold on a Sales Contract after the completion of the puppy application.

We value our new family members, including our AKC registered puppies, and are committed to providing ongoing support and guidance to our puppy owners. Whether you have Brussels Griffon puppies or adorable Newfoundland puppies, we offer advice on training, nutrition, and any other questions or concerns you may have. Additionally, we provide discounts on boarding and training services and host annual reunions. We are always available to help throughout the puppy adoption process and do ask that puppy owners complete our puppy application to ensure we can maintain regular contact for the life of the puppy.
